 It didn't work for me September 24, 2008
I bought this because my desktop computer broke and I wanted to transfer my music from my IPOD to my laptop. It could be me but it never worked. I tried the program on 2 different laptops without luck. The returned with without difficulty.

If you have an Ipod, you need this software. If you are like me and some of your music cannot be transferred because it was a downloaded share file , this software will allow you to transfer those files into your I tunes, or other places on your hard drive. It will store a complete backup of all your ipod songs and video, regardless of their origin- P2p torrent, etc.
so if you ever have to replace the battery or get the ipod serviced by apple, you all know they just send you a different unit and you lose everything on your ipod- with this software you can just save your files and re sync your ipod . Done nothing lost! I highly recommend this software!!!!!!!

I have recently bought a new laptop with Windows Vista and went to install this product (I bought it at CompUSA) and it comes with an upgrade for Vista. I have yet to get it to work with my Gen 3 Green Ipod Nano. I have tried reinstalling the product 3 times and nothing. I went to their "help" website and am now waiting for a response from them. Or I could have paid $24.95 for 10 mins of tech support and $2.95 for each additional min--I will wait and see if they get back to me. But that is the advice I can give to others just wait before you spend the $30 on this product and get your laptop in order.
