Don't waste your money! February 15, 2008

If I could have given this program zero stars, I would have. Every time I try to pick a project, the program gives me an error "The protection check failed". I e-mailed their support team, and still have not received a response. I uninstalled then re-installed the program, and it still does the exact same thing. I went to the program's help, and there's nothing found when I search for 'protection check'. They do not have a tech. support number where you can call and actually talk to a person. Unless you are a computer technician, don't waste your money. I've only been able to use one feature of the program, and I wasn't that impressed. If tech. support helps me fix my problem so I can actually use the program, maybe my mind will be changed. Before buying this program, I tried to find other user reviews; however, I found none. All I can say about this product is: Buyer BEWARE. If you buy it, I don't recommend paying the full price. Buy it used so you're only wasting about $30 instead of $80-$100.
