 Great overall product September 7, 2008
Good overall quality product. Been using this for a month now with no problems. When I go on trips, I put it inside a larger messenger bag and then use it on the other end.

 Everything good but the zipper August 30, 2008
This is a good, affordable backpack both for carrying a 17" laptop through airports and for hiking. It's got lots of padding for the computer, lots of compartments, and outside pockets for water. My only complaints are that (1) the zipper died after a couple of years of hard use, and (2) the new version doesn't have a waist strap, making it hard on my back when it's loaded with a computer and books. Still, I'd buy it again if I needed a replacement. Heck, I just did!

Worth every penny!! Great quality nicely padded for protection of my laptop. Side pocket and additional inside pocket as well. Several pencil/pen holder slots inside and has a lifetime warranty against product manufacturing defects etc..Would purchase this brand again!! Highly recommended!! Can't beat the quality for a low price of $23 and free shipping as well.
