Product Description Quality construction management involves the coordination of many resources, and this step-by-step introduction to construction scheduling and project control techniques ties together the start-to-finish aspects of a modern construction project. Updated to Release 3.0, Scheduling with SureTrak, 2nd Edition utilizes the latest screen captures from the premier construction scheduling software on the market as visuals to illustrate all facets of project control. Its distinctive coverage of construction scheduling includes the traditional theory associated with planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects, along with the actual use of Primavera's SureTrak software into these applications. This book not only exposes learners to on-screen images but also shows them how to manipulate hard copy prints for exceptional communication and demonstration results.

If you are struggling with the manual that is provided with the software, then you will really appreciate this book.

Just recieved the book today and discovered that it covers the 2.0 version of SureTrak which makes the software related examples out of date. The title as listed is Construction Scheduling with SureTrak and the book itself is titled Scheduling with SureTrak. Also, amazon.com lists the book as hardcover and the delivered book is not. Looks like it is a fine book. I like the exercises provided. It just needs to be updated to the current version of the software.
