I ordered this on 12/23/08 as a gift and the person still has not received their first issue as of 2/3/09. Very disappointed.

I subscribed to PC World 4 months a go, did not receive one issue, tried called customer service but they told me the system had no address on it! come on! They put my new address and had to wait another 4 to 8 weeks!!!!
What kind of subscription is this???? Something fishy here, I'm gonna give them another 3 days if nothing happens I'll cancel.
