| Customer Reviews:
cheap copy of an original disc October 1, 2008 this disc looked like something you had copied on your home computer, would not load the software because files were corrupted and or missing returned and got a refund.
Good one September 30, 2008 I bought this product few weeks back. This is really a light weight Internet Security software I have ever used, doesn't take much memory, works very good.
I couldn't use it September 30, 2008 I purchased this because it had good reviews and my Norton was about to expire. This product crashed my system twice. I was forced to use system restore and return the CD for a refund. I am thankful for Amazon's excellent customer service. I have been a customer for many years and have never had a negative experience.
Great product. September 25, 2008 As described on the product description. It is fast and works without taking much resources of my computer. The best thing is that it came with an offer of 25.00 mail in rebate. But be aware of this rebate offer. You must show proof of ownership of a competitor's antivirus.
2 Months Later the Jury is Still Out September 20, 2008 We were so fed up with Norton we were even toying with the idea of not having any anti-virus product (of course that's not something we really would have done). One of our corporate computer consultants strongly suggested Kaspersky so we decided to try it. So far it seems pretty good but it takes a real learning curve. I think I am pretty computer savy so I chose to custom install - don't do this unless you have really excellent skills. With Kaspersky it keeps coming up asking you question after another - a royal pain. The real problem for me is I often don't know how to answer each question and I have real work to do rather than waste hours trying to "train" Kaspersky. So I strongly suggest you let it install itself. The other computers in our office I installed this way and they have had less questions to answer but still are interupted way too much I feel with questions. I don't want to be a computer programer but a computer user. Never-the-less we are getting used to the product, it seems to protect extremely well and it also seems to learn so it tends to ask less questions as time goes on. Perhaps the best tip I can suggest - install it when you'll have time to be distracted by lots of initial questions and use the automatic installation option. I would recommend buying this product but would like to see Kaspersky make it more regular user friendly.
